Hop on board the ski bus
Tahko’s Ski Bus makes it easy to get around — from your accommodation to the slopes, to the shops, or anywhere else in the area, all without a car. The route runs Tahko–Nilsiä–Tahko, and from Nilsiä you can easily connect to onward transport.
The bus fare is 5€/day and is paid to the driver on the bus. With a Tahko Mountain skipass, the Ski Bus is free of charge. You can prove your right to a free ride by showing the driver your season pass, multi-day skipass, or if you bought the skipass online, then the confirmation received from the online store.
Stops and timetables are also available in the Kuopio region’s Vilkku public transport service, where you can quickly check the closest stop.
