Delivery terms
We follow the ski resort service terms agreed upon by the Finnish Ski Area Association and the Consumer Ombudsman, which can be found here.
Please note that a season pass is personal. It may not be transferred to another person. If someone other than the pass holder uses the season pass, a 100 € inspection fee will always be charged.
The season pass must be collected in person, as a photograph of the skier is taken for the pass.

Corporate passes may be used by company or organisation representatives and staff, as well as guests staying in the organisation’s holiday cottage. The corporate pass can be delivered by mail or collected from our ticket office.
Corporate passes are SkiOne passes, and they can be used at Vuokatti, Tahko, and Kasurila.
